Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Free to Hang mobile application or visiting freetohang.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Free to Hang. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts we have reasonable grounds to believe belong to users under 13, and to delete all associated data immediately.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Free to Hang only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm other users
• Post or share offensive, illegal, defamatory, or abusive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any deceptive practice
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

4. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@freetohang.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.

5. User-generated content

By submitting content (messages, profile information, plan details, photos) through the Service, you grant Kozip Apparel OÜ a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You retain full ownership of your content. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable law and these Terms. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

6. Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or pose a risk to other users or the Service — with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Where reasonably practicable, we will inform you of the reason.

You may delete your own account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete account. Upon deletion, all your personal data is permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Free to Hang name, logo, application, website, and all associated content and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Kozip Apparel OÜ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express prior written consent.

8. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kozip Apparel OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Estonian or EU consumer protection law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at info@freetohang.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts. EU consumers also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
